Roles & Responsibility :

– New project Budget preparation with proposal
– Budget allocation for the Project
– Periodical visit to site to measure the value of works
– To coordinate with Design & Execution team, Client, Consultants
– Select source of materials within our budget & required specifications
– Prepare Time schedule / materials arrangement on time to site
– Actual Bill of Quantity for finalized project based on drawings

This role is for an Architect with 2years of experience with ability to support the complete process including design development, client relationship, vendor coordination and site coordination. Previous experience with prefabricated or steel buildings is a plus.

Qualification :

– Bachelor’s degree in architecture
– 2+ years of experience in architecture and construction
– Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
– Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Lumion

Responsibilities :

– Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
– Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
– Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
– Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
